Janice Skeens, Traditional Wing Chun & Tai Chi School Instructor, will resume Tai Chi classes in the EES Room on Tuesdays: September 9, 16, 23, 30, from 6 to 7 pm. She will guide us through this ancient healing art. Everyone can benefit from the gentle flow of Tai Chi to strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, support the legs, and renew the body, mind, and spirit.
